Get Ready to Dance: Meet the Founders of Ballroom Feed
About us
We are Lindsey and Chris Ulbrich and we are the founders of Ballroom Feed. We have taught ballroom dancing for 10+ years and couldn’t be happier to share all of the knowledge that we have learned throughout the years with you all. We have travelled all around the USA and competed nationally in the American Rhythm and International Latin divisions, but we study all kinds of dancing. We have spent countless hours training in all kinds of ballroom dance styles in order to become stronger dancers and better teachers for our students and members. We have a passion for dancing and teaching, and couldn’t be more grateful to have a platform where we get to do both!
Ballroom Feed is a modern resource for learning partner dancing of all kinds. Whether you’re preparing for your own wedding, attending a wedding as a guest, going your prom/school dance, or just any social gathering or party we have you covered! We teach a variety of partner dance styles that we’ve organized into convenient categories for you - Wedding, Party, Smooth & Rhythm. The Wedding dance section includes - Foxy, Wedding Rumba, Wedding Waltz & Wedding V.Waltz. The Party dance section includes - Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Hustle & Single Time Swing. The Smooth dance section includes - American Waltz, American Tango & American Foxtrot (American Viennese Waltz to be added soon). The Rhythm dance section includes - American Cha Cha, American Rumba, East Coast Swing & Mambo (Bolero to be added soon). We are ever expanding and adding new styles so stay tuned for more to come.
We also have a Solo section for people who want to learn how to dance without a partner or just want to practice solo! And if that’s not enough we have a large Dance Fitness section including - latin cardio videos, strength and stretch content - perfect for sweating it out while dancing some new moves, or aiding your body on your dancing journey.
The goal is to take a classic industry into the 21st century and share all we can to make people more comfortable and successful dancers for all occasions.
